YOGIKE

This is a donation based event. $15 are suggested but please feel Free to donate the amount that comes from your heart ❤️. Any amount will be very much appreciated :) This time we will be hiking to Mt. Hollywood Peak in GRIFFITH PARK! Trail name West Trail MODERATE HIKE ..SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS WITH GOOD CARDIOVASCULAR CONDITION . 3.5 miles LOOP. -- The whole adventure should be about 4 hours. It would be about 2 hours to complete the hike and an hour for the yoga class and short guided meditation (shavasana 5-10 min). And of course adding some time in between the hike and yoga class for restroom, pictures and refreshment. We will meet at 4pm and start hike by 4:150pm . Please plan ahead to get there park and get there on time. ***YOGA MAT is a MUST. Please Bring your yoga mat to trail we will do yoga on top at Mt. Holywood. ***HIKING shoes are always a MUST. You can also bring some extra layers, to put on or remove depending on weather. We will go down on a steeper way when going back. You will find a big parking lot space on your left hand side. Park there and meet us across the street from thar parking lot. We will gather at the fireroad entrance for west trail. ***PARKING details Lots of parking space in parking lot and street parking down the road. *** DINNER details NO DINNER PLANS WILL BE MADE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. NOTE: Please note that you will meet and might be close to other people as we hike. If you are not feeling well please stay home.
